Rhino would like to congratulate ‘The Midlands Mountaineers’ on their huge success tackling the National 3 Peaks challenge!
It didn’t come without its obstacles – blisters, no sleep, a mammoth amount of driving, topped off of course with not one but 3 mountains to climb all in 24hours.
The team completed the task with flying colours and absolutely smashed their target, raising £3200 for Young Lives Vs Cancer!
Not only did the team raise a tremendous amount of money for a very important cause – once they reached the bottom of the last mountain the celebrations didn’t stop there. The inspiration behind the challenge – a very brave family member of one of the team – rang the bell to signal he is now cancer free after successfully undergoing treatment
