It has come to our attention that a company claiming to be us is operating in the area (and beyond). The company is also using our trademarked logo on their paperwork. A number of their customers have contacted us with serious complaints about the work and abuse they have received.

If someone knocks on your door (we don’t canvas/door knock), claiming to be us – they’re not. There have been cases where this company have canvassed close to where we are working and have claimed to be us.
If you are given any other number, other than our office (01933) 276998, this is not us.
We are a Trading Standards approved company and this matter has been passed onto Trading Standards for investigation.

If you believe you are a victim of a company pretending to be us please contact us on 01933 276998 as we may be able to assist you by giving details and a case number of the current trading standards investigation into this company.
